Tamara M. Kear PhD, RN, CNS, CNN, FAAN

Tamara (Tammie) Kear, PhD, RN, CNS, CNN is an assistant professor of nursing at Villanova University and holds a joint appointment with Main Line Health as a research consultant. Tamara is also a nephrology nurse for Fresenius Kidney Care. Dr. Kear has conducted research on culture of safety and patient hand-off in nephrology settings. She has published and spoken several times for ANNA. She is also on the editorial board for the Nephrology Nursing Journal and on the ANNA BOD.
