My biggest Ah-ha moment was realizing that by working as a team we can accomplish more without taxing individuals too much!
Don't be afraid to ask for help! Everyone learns at different speeds and different levels. Also, it is very likely you are not the only one with your question.
And...your question may lead to answering other questions you didn't even know you had!
