Build strong relationship with clients including periodic check in calls
Provide strategic consultation with clients to provide vision for events
Consult with clients to determine what additional services are needed to meet current needs as well as sell services for other events, and referrals to other divisions or organizations
Lead demos of new products and services
Travel to events to build relationships and support Digitell team (not every show),
Lead client presentations as needed for renewal business
Attend industry events for personal education and develop client and prospect relationships
Provide industry and company updates to clients via direct communication as well as sharing social media and blog posts
Manage contractual discussions /negotiations with client
Manage revenue forecast for events
Provide invoicing details to accounting
